Andy Block

Andy Block is an Intellectual Property attorney with more than 30 years of experience.  He presently serves as General Counsel to LOT Network, Inc.  During his career Andy has held other senior level executive and legal positions, including Chief Intellectual Property Counsel at Time Warner Cable and Executive Vice President at RPX Corp.  Prior to these and other corporate engagements, including at early stage companies, Andy was in private practice at the BakerBotts and Cooley Godward law firms where he focused on patent and other Intellectual Property litigation and counseling.  His extensive experience has lead to expertise in all manner of IP management and risk mitigation.  He is available for project based engagements.

David Shine is a transactions attorney with more than 35 years of experience.  David was a partner at Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson in New York for 25 years.  Most recently, David was a partner at Paul Hastings LLP where he was head of the New York Mergers & Acquisitions practice.  His experience includes a wide range of transactions including public company acquisitions, joint venture transactions, large and small investments by private equity firms, and organizational and financing advice for start-ups. David has been a Board member of several non-profits and is currently on the Board of Instruction Partners, a K-12 education non-profit.  He is available for project based engagements.
